Every plate is flavor forward, our cuisine is rustic, plentiful and not spicy unless you ask for it to be. Everything is made from scratch, to order. Our hams are cured and smoked in house as is our bacon, sausages, smoked turkey...everything. French bread is baked every morning, sauces, dressings, all housemade. Everything.

Untrained and Uncouth
Our BBQ, is smoked out back daily and when its gone its gone until tomorrow! Our Texas style Beef Brisket smokes for over 22 hours! That why it all tastes so good and fresh, because it is! In addition to our Texas Brisket, and Pulled pork we rotate daily specials including our “Ondaway Chicken” Alabama style smoked chicken, Kalua Pork, Jerk Pork, Jerk Chicken, Cuban “Christmas Pig, St. Louis BBQ Pork Steaks, and huge variety of house made smoked sausages and many more!
We cure, smoke, and dry all of our own meats, using old world methods to achieve modern flavors. Sometimes we run out. If we get a run on ham or corned beef for instance we can't call a supplier, or run to the store, its a ten day process before we can have more ready!
